Replica Testicles a No-No in Virginia

Some people hang fuzzy dice and CD’s from their rear view mirrors while others plaster their beaten down cars with lame bumper stickers. Apparently there is another demographic of individuals who enjoy decorating their trailer hitches with replica rubber testicles. While I find that to be pretty gay, Virginia State Delegate Lionel Spruill finds that to be potentially unlawful. He pushed a bill through the state today that would ban the display of rubber testicles in automobiles. Spruill is calling the display of rubber balls a safety issue that can easily distract other drivers on the road. If the bill is passed, displaying genitalia ornamentation would be considered a misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum fine of $250.
